This is Councillor Devin Draper's first term on Council. He is eager to learn and has a strong passion for Kipling and its citizens. He looks forward to promoting and advancing our community over the next four year term.
Devin was born and raised in Kipling, he worked for the Town of Kipling in Public Works for 8 years. He is currently a Pipeline Supervisor for Canadian Plains Energy Services where he looks after installation, maintenance, and remediation of Pipelines.
Devin is married to his wife Ashley with their three children Jaidyn, Ethan, and Chloee.
