The Town of Kipling manages the Water & Sewer Utility inside the Town limits. In order to have your water & sewer services hooked up or disconnected please call Christina at the Town office (306) 736-2515. A $50.00 deposit is required from homeowners to connect to the Town’s Water service.
These deposits are refundable when you move if your account is current, otherwise you will receive back the difference between your deposit and the amount owing.
All Utility accounts stay in the property owners name. No accounts will be opened in the name of the properties tenants.
If your meter is damaged and you require a new one the cost will be $125.00.
